Guarantee Terms

Effective date: June 10, 2026. We want AcuPass to be a risk-free decision. Two guarantees apply to paid passes:

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a pass and decide it’s not for you, email contact@acupass.ai within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

2. Pass-the-exam guarantee

If you complete your AcuPass study plan and still don’t pass the corresponding NCBAHM module, we’ll extend your pass for the same module, free, until your next attempt. To qualify:

• Your pass covered the module on your exam date, and your exam date was entered in your study plan before the exam.
• You completed at least 80% of your scheduled study days and at least one full mock exam in the 30 days before the exam.
• You email contact@acupass.ai within 30 days of receiving your result, with documentation of the attempt.

The extension is the exclusive remedy under this guarantee — exam fees and other costs are not covered, and passing the exam itself can never be guaranteed by any study tool.

3. The fine print

One extension per module per student. Guarantees are void for accounts that violate the Terms of Service (for example, account sharing). We may update these terms; the version in effect when you purchased your pass applies to that pass.
