Terms of Service

Effective date: June 10, 2026. These terms govern your use of AcuPass (the “Service”), an exam-preparation application for the NCBAHM board examinations.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

2. License to use the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AcuPass for your own exam preparation. You may not share your account, scrape or redistribute the question bank, reverse-engineer the Service, or use any content to build a competing product.

3. Passes and payment

Free accounts include the readiness assessment and a limited number of daily practice questions. Paid passes unlock unlimited practice, study plans, and mock exams for a specific exam module and period shown at purchase. Prices are shown at checkout; refunds are described in our Guarantee Terms.

4. Educational disclaimer

AcuPass is a study tool. Readiness estimates, percentiles, and other scores are statistical estimates from your practice — they are not predictions or guarantees of an exam result. Content is verified against published source texts by a licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, but the Service is not a substitute for your official exam-board materials, and it is not medical advice.

5. Acceptable use

  • No sharing, selling, or publishing question-bank content.
  • No automated access (bots, scrapers) without written permission.
  • No attempts to disrupt the Service or access other users’ data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, the question bank, Pin the panda, and all related marks are owned by AcuPass. Feedback you submit (including question flags) may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

7. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
